Research Foci

Dr. Bishayee’s primary research interest during last two decades encompasses cancer biology, cancer therapeutics, and cancer prevention. He is also interested in research on natural products in health promotion and disease prevention. His laboratory is involved in investigating chemopreventive and therapeutic effects of various medicinal plants, natural products, dietary and synthetic agents using various pre-clinical models of cancer, including breast and liver cancer, and underlying mechanisms of action.
